Thompson's Thoughts

"Seek God. Serve Others. Go into the World."

Thank you to Brock and Leslie Owens for a wonderful evening . We had around 60 kids with their families for an awesome time of fellowship. Thank you to everyone who handed out candy, put together games for the kids, put together the photo booth, brought good, and was a part of a fantastic fall fest!

RYG KIDS (6th and Under)

Thank you to Mandy Webster for organizing our trip to the nursing homes and assisted living on Sunday for our kids to deliver goody bags to the residents. It was so great to see our kids willingly give up candy they had received at Trunk or Treat to share with others. Giving of self is what serving is all about. I even heard one of our kids say, "This is fun, isn't it?" When we serve God and others, it is fun and very rewarding!

4th and Under Devo: Our monthly devotional will be held at Diana Newton's home after services on Sunday, November 13. The 5th grade will join the youth group for their devotional after Rake and Run (Saturday).

EXALT, JR.: On the 4th Sunday of the month all kids 6th and under are invited to join us at Heritage Park to sing together. On colder months we will meet at the church building. It will begin at 4pm.
